MES Public School Panoor has a long history of trial and achievement to its credit from its very inception in 1993, which was established and run by Panoor MES Trust, consisting of professionals and service minded people who can lend perceptive in terms of the development of the school. The Trust ardently believes in service and envisages a society rooted in moral values.

In today’s education system , focus is being made in thinking skills. The need of the hour is thinking leadership, thinking teachers and thinking students . The thought processes leading to positive changes and innovations in schools is definitely engineered and initiated by school heads. It is said that outstanding schools have effective principals. Similarly an effective principal develops an outstanding school.

Teachers should set aside their personal likes and dislikes and work for the larger interest of the community. The role of teachers who are the leaders in transforming children into enlightened citizens cannot be forgotten, Teachers who love their teaching profession and a principal with a vision for the school are asset of any school. Fortunately we have got such a principal with dedication and a group of hard working teachers enabling academic excellence and shaping the personality of a child in the right direction. I also recall with gratitude the constant support rendered by the parents and well-wishers of the school for the overall development.
